There is no Registration fee for the ESAC Symposium 2018, but participants have to register by filling in the online form below.

Registration Deadline was 31^st October 2018.

Registration is limited to 80 participants on a first come, first served basis.

It may be necessary to generate a waiting list when full capacity is reached. Therefore, please do not forget to cancel your registration by E-mail if for any reason you are no longer able to attend. This will give others the chance to register for the meeting.

Registered participants are invited to attend a free symposium-dinner on Friday 7th December at the Alter Brunnen in Marloffstein (bus transfer will be organised).

Coffee and lunch served during the symposium are also free of charge.

To registered participants we can offer reimbursement for up to two nights of accommodation (for details see symposium homepage). In addition we hope to be able to provide travel funds up to 200€ to registered participants. Please note that original receipts will be needed for reimbursement and that only economy-class plane tickets and second class train tickets can be reimbursed. We will inform you about the details of the reimbursement procedure closer to the time.
